Get the most out of your ticket by simply downloading it to your smartphone.

  1. Download the free Zürich City Guide app
  2. You now have two options for loading your ticket into the app:
    • Open the confirmation e-mail on your smartphone and click on the link "Import ticket now".
    • Open the app, click on "Bookings" and choose "Import an order". Enter your 10-character import code (starting with T-) that you find in the order confirmation e-mail.

Did the import not work? Kindly contact our support team (). You can still use your ticket. Simply open the PDF ticket via the link in the confirmation e-mail.
